Return Policy
If something in your product is not quite right, don’t worry — returning your item is easy and hassle-free. Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- Free from stains, damage, or signs of use
You must record an unboxing video as initial proof.
Please contact our admin via WhatsApp to start the return process.
Include the following:
- Full name
- Order number
- Photo or video as proof
You must use this packaging for returning the product! So make sure the packaging is still intact.
Mail your product to us. The return process will take approximately 3–5 business days.
